The chef cooks up a variety of Indonesian and International cuisine served buffet style, always with plenty of quantity and choice. Chef specialities include chicken satay and seared tuna steak.You can dine in the air-conditioned saloon or on the upper deck to enjoy the view.The owners believe in the 'Dive, Eat, Sleep' philosophy and all three are well served on this safari. Guests frequently enjoy a barbecue on the beach, often on the last night of the cruise.
