Few liveaboards in West Papua compare to diving in these waters aboard the Pindito, pioneer dive operators in Raja Ampat and once voted Tauchen Magazine Best Liveaboard of the Year. This boat is well known throughout Indonesia and the owner / operator Edi Frommenweiler has been diving these waters longer than almost anyone. He loves to share his years of experience with his guests, many of whom often return to dive from Pindito time and again.

A very experienced boat crew that know the Raja Ampat liveaboard diving region better than anyone else, and the re-found beauty of this elegant wooden yacht, extensively re-fitted and furnished in 2006, with its en-suite private cabins, combine to provide a unique adventure. The crew are very attentive and friendly, and will share a beer with you (all beers and spirits are free of charge of Pindito cruises). The boat stable and quiet under motor, and this combination will soon have you unwinding and feel right at home.
For those who want to maximise their time marveling at these amazing dive sites that the Pindito visits, complimentary nitrox is indeed an excellent perk on these Raja Ampat dive trips. For photographers, the inhouse camera room will come in very handy too. Pindito also uses individual diver locator devices as a free service for added safety.
May to September sees Pindito visit the Komodo National Park. Pindito's nitrox facility can mean extended periods beneath the spectacular equatorial seas of the Banda Sea, Alor and Maumere - Flores diving too.
