Space is the first thing that strikes you as you board the Odyssea I. There is a lot of space on the dive deck, plenty of room for photographers in the photo lab, and the saloon, with a TV, DVD, and music system, has plenty of room for lounging in. There is a sundeck adjacent to the lounge for those who like to relax indoors. Outdoors there is the huge partially covered sundeck with sun loungers and sun chairs where you can chill in the open air.

| Menu, cuisine type... |
There is a good mix of western and Indonesian cuisine including curries, stir-fries, and various tasty seafood creations. Breakfast can be either an American breakfast or a local dish, and always with plenty of fresh fruit. A varied lunch menu includes pasta salads and fresh soups. Most guests are enthusiastic, not just about the varied menu and large portions, but particularly the delicious home made desserts.

- Dining service begins with light breakfast on the first day of the cruise.
- Brewed coffee, tea, soft drinks, drinking water, fruit and biscuits are all provided free of charge.
