Up to 22 divers can be accommodated on 4 night trips visiting some of the best dive sites in the Andaman Sea. This boat has a fun, friendly atmosphere on board and there is always space to relax. When you are not diving you can chill-out in the modern air-conditioned saloon which is equipped with a large screen TV, DVD player, movie library and music system. For those that love the sunshine there is a large sun deck with mattresses for that perfect tan.
Freshly-prepared food is served buffet-style 4 times a day on the upper deck outdoor dining area, while soft drinks are available free of charge all day long. The dining area is shaded and gives fabulous views of the tropical islands and azure waters.
There is a range of cabins: deluxe with twin beds on the main deck, standard double and twins on the lower deck and 2 light, airy bunk-bed cabins on the upper deck, all with shared bathrooms. There is also a VIP honeymoon suite with en-suite bathroom and queen-size bed. Most of the cabins have sea views and plenty of light.
The fully equipped dive deck is designed for ease and convenience and the experienced Peterpan dive team will make sure every dive is a pleasure as you cruise the Similan Islands. A range of PADI and SSI courses are available on board.
The boat has some surprisingly attractive safety features for a vessel in its modest price range. Peterpan is steel hulled, making it safer and more stable than similar wooden hulled boats. Nitrox blending is also available for those EANx-certified divers, meaning you can dive safely at a greater depth for longer. Customer diving insurance is also included in the standard price of the trip.
The boat isn't a luxury option but it is comfortable and the enthusiastic, friendly staff are always on hand to see to your every need. What's more, MV Peterpan will even throw in a free extra night of accommodation on board at the end of the cruise, should you need to stay overnight once the boat is back in the harbour. This makes it a great choice for a good value Similan liveaboard trip with expert and professional service.
